Executive & business coaching:
I work my clients towards specific professional goals. These include career transition, interpersonal and professional communication, managing career and personal changes, performance management, enhancing strategic thinking, organizational effectiveness, dealing effectively with conflict, and building an effective team within an organization.
The inicial task involves us working out a mutual understanding of the scope of work and documenting that understanding in a coaching contract. I will help you to prioritize your current needs and looks for ways to address any improvements.
Team (group) coaching focuses on improving performance of a team (group). I observe the team’s current functioning, assesses the team’s strengths/weaknesses and develop a plan for addressing any needed changes. Also I boosts team-spirit and joint responsibility via individual commitment from each single member of the team.
The history of Coaching can be traced back to two key roots:
Sport-Psychology: mainly task oriented focus, motivation and performance maximization.
The Human Potential Movement: strong emphasis on humanist and existentialist psychology.
Nowadays Coaching is usually seen as a mean of developing people within an organization, in order they perform more effectively and reach their potential. It’s the art of facilitating the unleashing of peoples’s potentials to reach meaningful, important objectives.
